Article 2: Strict Non-Commercial and Public Interest Mandate

LA COMPAGNIE LA MAIN A LA PATE operates under a strict disinterested management mandate (gestion désintéressée) in accordance with Articles 200 and 238 bis of the French General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts).

In the event of litigation that cannot be resolved amicably, sole jurisdiction is assigned to the competent civil courts within the territorial jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Toulouse (Tribunal Judiciaire de Foix, Ariège).
