A. Volunteer Registration (Bénévolat)

Collected data: Full name, email address, telephone number, commune of residence, areas of ecological or artistic interest, and availability.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest and voluntary consent of the individual desiring to participate in public interest non-profit activities.

B. Electronic Inquiries & Correspondence (Secretariat)

Collected data: Full name, email address, optional telephone number, subject matter, and message text.
Legal basis: Pre-contractual inquiry or response to citizen communications regarding association missions.

C. Monthly Public Interest Newsletter (Dispatches)

Collected data: Email address only.
Legal basis: Explicit consent (opt-in). Unsubscribe links are systematically included in every single communication.

3. Data Retention Schedules

We do not store your personal information indefinitely. Data is retained strictly in accordance with recommendations from the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL):

  • General Inquiries: Retained for a maximum period of 12 months following the complete resolution of the request, after which records are securely destroyed.
  • Active Volunteer Records: Retained throughout the duration of your voluntary participation and archived for 3 years following the end of your engagement for legal liability and insurance reasons.
  • Newsletter Subscriptions: Retained until such time as you withdraw consent or click the unsubscribe link. Inactive subscribers are pruned automatically after 24 months of no engagement.

4. Zero Third-Party Commercial Tracking & Cookies Policy

Unlike commercial websites, our digital portal employs NO invasive advertising tracking pixels, NO third-party social media tracker cookies (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google AdSense), and NO behavioural profiling algorithms.

The only cookies utilized on this domain are strictly functional technical cookies (session identifiers, CSRF protection tokens, and anti-caching cache-control headers) that are exempt from consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act because they are strictly necessary for the technical transmission of the website.
